After being told they were no longer allowed to film in Zimbabwe due to a recent government order for no foreign media to be allowed filming, the Refuge crew in Africa (shooting the documentary Facing Hunger in association with the Canadian Foodgrains Bank) headed to Tanzania. The purpose of the trip was to document the stories of farmers living on the edge of hunger in Africa. Thanks to a variety of partners of the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (including the Mennonite Central Committee in particular) a new farm family was found in Tanzania and filming shall resume.
